No, the North Pole is in the Arctic Ocean. Under international law, no country currently owns the North Pole or the region of the Arctic Ocean surrounding it. It's near Russia, Canada, Norway, and Denmark (via Greenland).

The North Pole is not located in any one specific country as it is situated in the Arctic Ocean. However, several countries, including Canada, Russia, the United States (via Alaska), and Denmark (via Greenland), have territories near the North Pole.

Yes, The North pole Is in Canada.

"The nearest permanently inhabited place is Alert in the Qikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut, Canada, which is located 817 km (508 mi) from the Pole."

Many Americans like to pretend there is a Northern international passage by chopping off the Baffin islands from the rest of Canada and claiming it is "international" waters that would be like saying the Mississippi river is international because someone wanted to have free shipping to a place in the middle of the states said so, which, fyi, is what happened in this case.

Just because some American desperately wants to change things, grow up , it's in Canada.
