San Diego is not humid at all. It has a Mediterranean type climate with quite possibly the best weather in the USA and one of the best in the world. Day time highs in the 70s with humidity in the 20-30% range. Gorgeous!

California is a very long state, and has various weather. If you mean currently, it is in some areas. However, generally it is not humid as perse, Florida is.
