Hello! I'm not a mod, but after searching I found there is no way to change your penguin name in Club Penguin Rewritten. This however was an option in the official game (that closed a couple years ago) where your penguin was linked to your Disney account. I'm sorry there is no way to change your penguin name, but maybe they will add it in the future. :D
