In the UK a half pint weighs 284 gm (or 284 ml by volume) of most liquids, water, milk etc.
This wont apply to thick liquid mixtures.

Not sure if they use pints in USA but their gallon is smaller so assuming the same number of pints per gallon a half pint would weigh 237 gm.
