Your best bet I would think is a copper based product without identifying the actual fungi. I would think copper oxychloride would be fine to use. It should be available at any good hardware store or garden depot. When applying the chemical it is very important to check the label for the amount required. Hope this helps.

To treat fungus on hydrangeas, start by removing any affected leaves or flowers. Improve air circulation by spacing plants appropriately and avoid overhead watering. Consider applying a fungicide labeled for use on hydrangeas following package instructions.
