Median MD10954 time zone setting.
Press the MODE button but do not hold it in.
repeatedly pressing the MODE button will alternately display the DAY OF THE WEEK or the SECONDS next to the time.
With the DAY OF THE WEEK displayed, press and hold the UP button for up to 5 seconds. Each 5 second press of the UP button will move the time zone by one.
When finished, you may press the MODE once again to revert to SECONDS display.

∙ 10y agoI assume you mean a clock that is automatically set by a radio signal. In the United States, there are two transmitters of such time signals. One is in Hawaii, and the other is in Fort Collins, CO. If your clock is far away from either of these (if you live on the east coast, for instance), getting a signal can be tough. The orientation of the clock (and the antenna in it) matters, so you might try different walls of your house. Also, these signals tend to be stronger at night, so give it at least one night to set itself. Make sure the battery is working, too!
