Jack up the front of the car off the ground, support with jack stands. Find your socket extensions and universal socket joint and access the plugs throught the wheel well. EZ. The passenger side is the tricky one due to AC components. You probably will not be able to get the back plugs this way but they are the easiest to reach from above.
First off, start by drinking a six pack or two. You will want to be nice and numb when you scratch and cut up your hands getting down to them! You will find some of the plug wires have their own heat sheilds on the boot. It is important you replace these if you replace the wires or pull them off when removing the wires. The fact the plug wires need the heat sheilds will give you an idea of how tight it is in there.
Actually replacing the plugs on the roadmaster is much simpler than in my wife's previous Astro Van. One plug on the Astro took 2 1/2 hours!!!
My 96 Roadmaster Limited Wagon took me about 3 hours, sober, to replace the plugs and left my hands pretty chewed up!!
Just hope and pray you don't need new wires. They are located somewhere under the waterpump. More idiot engineering from our pals in Detroit!!!
Good Luck

Yes it needs spark plugs and wires. I own a 1992 Buick Roadmaster and had to replace plugs and wires recently. Not that expensive, I bought AC Delco plugs and wires. I had a discount as well. Be sure you know what your doing, which one is which I change them one at a time so not to mix up wires and the last on on the left side is a pain, the last two. Change them every 50,000 miles.
