Yes, in January 1949. Never again...........

Actually it snowed on Easter in 1994 not long after the Northridge quake. It covered SCV, Castaic, AV, SFV, and Ventura. It was absurd and awesome. Still have pics of my son hunting easter eggs in the snow. Will probably never see that again. But if your thinking about moving here, the mountains are beautifully covered often and it's only a half an hour away.
