According to the usual interpretation of quantum theory, yes. There are processes, occurring continuously within atoms, which can't be predicted individually, only through probabilities. For example, you can't predict when an individual atom will decay, but if you have millions of atoms, you can have an estimate how many will decay after a certain time.
I do not agree with your statement. Just because our intelligence is not currently capable of understanding this phenomena, it doesn't mean that it can't be predicted. Take rolling dice for example. Most would say that the number rolled is chance. But in reality, it all depends on many factors in physics that I cannot explain because my intellect is not capable. But, I could say that the force applied, the angle thrown, the surface the dice are thrown on etc all affect the number rolled. Bottom line is, even though our human intellect cannot predict the outcome does not mean it becomes chance. I believe that everything has a sufficient explanation attached to it. Some are very basic and some are too complex for us to understand.
Chance is a concept used to describe events that occur without a clear cause or predictability. While some events may appear to be random or based on probability, there are often underlying factors at play that influence outcomes. Whether chance truly exists is more of a philosophical question that depends on one's perspective on determinism and free will.

There is a slim chance of microbial life existing in the clouds of Venus where conditions might be more hospitable, but it is still largely unknown. The surface of Venus is extremely inhospitable with high temperatures and pressures, making it unlikely for complex forms of life to exist there.
I think wolfblood do exist
Yes. Earth would exist without the moon, but it would probably be very different from how it is now. The moon has a stabilizing effect on the wobble of Earth's axis. A more stable wobble means a more stable climate. The moon has also gradually slowed Earth's rotation. Without the moon there is a good chance the life could never have gained a foothold on Earth.
In this scenario, individuals with traits that help them better adapt to the challenges have a higher chance of survival and reproduction. Over time, these advantageous traits become more common in the population through the process of natural selection, leading to a better fit between the organisms and their environment.
Certainly. There is a chance that the earth will cease to exist.
A good chance.
No. They don't exist.

Well no one knows if paranormal beasts are real but, there is still a high chance they exist. The only evidence we have is because the universe is endless. This causes us to not know what exist and what does not exist.
call her. Ask her out for a movie. And then you will see if there exist a chance that she will be again your girlfriend.
1.Did Jesus exist? Did Allah exist? Did Buddha exist? Do you exist? 2.There is an extremely low chance that Guru Nanak Dev Ji didn't exist; many records and stories of him were made. I think it's more of a question of did he know what god was really like (was he a holy man).
No. A proper use of ceased would be, "After they stopped breathing, they ceased to exist." The word you need is seized, which means to take hold of. "They seized the chance."
If alien races exist, there may be a chance that they could be centauroid in shape.
One, that we're sure of; Earth. There's a very slight chance that some life might exist elsewhere, but at this point, it doesn't seem likely. There is a vague chance that life might exist on one or more of Jupiter's or Saturn's moons.
Considering Polar Express 2 doesn't and won't exist, there's not a chance there will be a Polar Express 3.
No. There also would be very little chance life would exist on the planet.
