A dragonfly is a secondary consumer because it feeds upon other insects. It's mind, body, and soul are very carnivorous! From the time they hatch from their eggs they crave meat. They crave the excitement of hunting!They have a hyper-thrust mechanism to give them the extra speed-boost when they are pursuing a critter that gives the dragonfly nymph a run for its money.
