Mozart - Requiem - Lacrimosa
It's the prelude from Suite for Cello #1 in Gmajor by J.S. Bach, performed by Robert Burkhart, a New York cellist.(This is Yo Yo Ma's signature piece, but he is not the artist on this commercial.)[Addition: I love, love, love this piece. In addition to Yo Yo Ma's performance, it's worth checking out Pablo Casals - a very different, rawer feel. Also, Andre Segovia did an achingly beautiful version (on guitar).]
It's also by Bach -- Prelude No. 1 from the Well-Tempered Clavier. It's usually played rather more slowly than the version on the commercial. I don't know who the performer is.
It's actually an original piece of music that was recorded specifically for that commercial. There is another one that is by April Smith and the Great Picture Show. The song is called "Colors". Unless you're thinking about a different commercial....
Unfortunately not a "real" song at all, just a commissioned piece by Bathing Suit Music [bathingsuitmusic.com].
Chopin Nocturne Opus 9 No.2, beautiful isn't it?
It's an original piece of music for the commercial.
classical
The music in the new Little Caesars commercial with violins is a classical piece called "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" (A Little Night Music) composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. It is a popular and recognizable piece of music often associated with elegance and sophistication.
The intended tempo for any classical music piece is determined by its composer. It can be slow, fast, or anywhere in between.
Rossini - William Tell Overture
About 20 minutes.
The texture of a piece of music is it's 'thickness'. For example, a music played by only a flute wouldn't be as textured as a piece of music played by an orchestra.
Classical music was the music composed between 1750 and1830.
