You can buy tickets up to the day before or even if you are lucky the day of. Can be pricey also though. If the conert is not sold out then you can buy tickets through the box office right up to the concert and get them at will call. Call ahead to see if they do that though. Scalpers are always around but that�s up to you to take that route if you want.
