Your license plate is registered to your car. Depending how fast your insurance company reports it, you can be in default by being just a few days late. The police can run the license plate, and check whether or not the car is insured through the computer in his patrol car (or sometimes through dispatch).
Of course they can, it's a violation of traffic law to be driving uninsured. they have to pull you over in order to give you the ticket.
Answer:
Based off my experience as a Private Investigator in Colorado for the last 13 years I would say no but the same question should be presented to a local cop in your city.
Any police officer can give you a ticket for failing to produce proof of valid, current automobile insurance if pulled over while driving/riding said automobile.
I think it depends on the state, but I live in Gerogia. I actually got pulled over this morning and the officer lowered my offense to 14 mph over and he said that as long as it's under 15 mph that no points are added to your record, insurance WILL NOT go up and it won't be on your record. You shouldn't even have to go to court... it should be eligible to to pay the fine without going through that whole process. I'm 19 and I'm not even going to tell my parents because it's that easy to take care of. The lady at the traffic court office said that it should only cost around $70.
i have know idea well you should because I said so and you spelled no wrong!!!!!!!

the only thing that matters is whether or not you had insurance at the date you got pulled over. if you got insurance two weeks later that will not work. if you had valid insurance but did not have a copy of it with you contact the court and let them know...they will ask for proof of coverage. if you can provide that they will dismiss the ticket. acceptable proof of insurance is an insurance card showing you had coverage on said date or a letter of experience from your insurance company.

Contact your insurance provider and go over the policy to determine if you are covered for said accident. Not all accidents will be technicalities or covered, so its good to be in the know. Contact your insurance providers immediately.
It is sometimes said that if you deceive someone you have pulled the wool over their eyes.
Only if you are pulled over and cannot provide proof of insurance. That being said, it's really not a good idea to drive without insurance. If something were to happen, would you have the money to pay for repairs to your car, the other car(s), as well as any medical bills? The specific requirements vary by state. The better your driving record, and the older you are, typically means cheaper insurance.
As far as i know the not at fault Insurance decision will prevail over the the one at fault. Besides there are certain "rules" that all insurance companies goes by when they take a determination whether or not a car is totaled. If by any chance the insurance companies can't agree they go to an arbitrary service provided by state for insurance companies and they can come to a decision.
In PA you get a $25 Dollar fine, which after its all said and done your ticket is going to cost you $111 or more. And as you know the law is ever changing depending on the mood of the Officers.
Albert Einstein said that.
Yes.
I Need to know the phone number of said insurance co.

It is if she maintained the insurance over the years by paying the premium if not escrowed.
