Vocaloid is not an anime because, well, vocaloid is a program made in Japan where you buy the characters and the sets and you can make your own videos. Sometimes they're fan-made and other times they're made by the actual people. So, to answer your question, Vocaloid is a program, not an anime or manga.
Vocaloid isn't an anime, but they have made a manga of it. It's called Hatsune Mix, and you can read it on onemanga.com.

It is music. It has little to do with anime. The art style is one that resembles much anime but Vocaloid is originally just music/game. Because it was made in japan the art for Vocaloid has come to resemble that of anime and manga. Since then there have been manga books and i think an anime adaptation of sorts.
so far there is no vocaloid anime nor do they have plans to make one...it would be like a Japanese glee except vocaloid would actually be good!
Dude, the so-called Miku Vocaloid isn't an anime! It's a voice synthesizer.
Well I don't know about Black Rock Shooter but Vocaloid doesn't have any anime based on it. Although there are rumors floating around that they are making one.
