The Dave Matthews Band new album, titled; Big Whiskey and the Groogrux King releases June 2nd. The Groogrux King is a reference and tribute to Leroi Moore who passed away on August 19th, 2008. Before Dave Matthews Band was formed, Leroi and Drummer Carter Beauford were good friends who would get together and play music. They playfully named the style of their music Groogrux, and soon after started calling each other 'Grux' for short.
