I believe you are talking about the firing of Red West, Sonny West, and (I don't mention his name but his initial are D.H.).

Actually Vernon Presley fired these men and the reasons given were; lawsuits against Elvis for injuring fans and they accused Red and Sonny for injuring them, and Elvis had to cut back on his expenses.

These men were livid that they weren't allowed to talk to Elvis directly, as they were his oldest friends/co-workers, and that they were given 1 weeks pay after working for Elvis for three decades.

Elvis was livid, and hurt, when Red Sonny and DH wrote the book "Elvis What Happened".

I believe that it was one of Elvis' regrets that he did not take advantage of an opportunity to speak with Sonny and Red and start the healing process himself. But, when you have grown men who both felt betrayed emotions run very high and then (sadly) Elvis died on August 16, 1977 silencing (on this earth) forever the opportunity to ...reconcile.

Was Elvis Presley cremated?

Elvis' Father, Vernon Presley, authorized a "public viewing" at Graceland (Elvis home for three decades) which took place the day after Elvis died...on August 17, 1977. Elvis, lying in his casket, was "set up" in the foyer area of Graceland and over 30,000 fans were allowed in (with another 50,000 outside the gates of Graceland) to pay their respects. Funeral services were held at Graceland with a large progression of 16 white Cadillac's, and the hearse carrying Elvis' body, with a police escort going from Graceland to Forest Hill Cemetery. This is the same cometary where his beloved Mother (Gladys Love Presley) was buried. Within a few weeks of Elvis' passing Vernon Presley was legally authorized, due to threats made to steal Elvis' body, to remove both Elvis and Gladys from Forest Hills Cemetery. On October 3, 1977 both Elvis and Gladys were buried at Graceland.

Did Elvis Presley have any tattoos and what were they?

NO, Elvis did not have any tattoo's on his body at anytime. The reason being is that Elvis, like many Southerners, had Jewish roots/heritage and it is their belief that to alter the body/skin in any fashion is...wrong. Good question by the way.
