yes and no. a dog cannot sing like a human can sing, but they sure can make noises and squeaks to sound like they are singing. when a dog "sings" it almost sounds like humming, so no, a dog really cant sing, but it sure can try, and make noises like singing however, sometimes it makes those kind of noises because the music or something is annoying him/her so much. for example, my dog whines when he hears the ice-cream van music.
