I take it to be a question to yourself. Once all your dreams are dead who are you? In this dawn (morning) of a new reality what are you now without your dreams? That's what I take the lyric as.
Of course you could also read it as: "After your dreams have all died and morning isn't mourning, what are you?" Meaning (to me at least) after your poor dreams are dead and even the morning isn't mourning them what (literally) are you now without them?
It comes from the end of the song New Low by Middle Class Rut
