The former ABBA vocalist Frida Lyngstad married German architect Prince Heinrich Ruzzo Reuss of Plauen in 1992. (It was her third marriage. She divorced her first husband, musician Ragnar Fredricksson, in 1970, and was with Abba keyboardist Benny Andersson from 1972 to 1981.) Prince Reuss died in 1999 after a lengthy battle with cancer and Frida, now officially the Countess of Plauen, Princess Anni-Frid Synni Reuss, lives alone in Zermatt, Switzerland.
