Seemingly Tim holds records for the lowest note and widest vocal range but not the highest vocal range. In a normal range that I suggest would be 'Counter-tenor'. But counter tenors use falsetto which isn't part of your vocal range.

Without spending days and days comparing each individual vocal range there are several artists with a 4+ octave range one link said Whitney Huston had a 5 octave range but then said range was (C3-C6). Amy Lee is one with a 4+ octave range. however the longest range ever held belongs to a Brazilian pop singer Georgia Brown with a 8 octave range. Most of the current artists have a range between 2-3.5 octaves if that tells you how rare a longer vocal range is.
