Eva Cassidy does a lovely version and it's on Shayne Ward's first album. yeah and also Chris Impelliteri and Yngwie Malmsteen do great guitar cuts

Made famous in the movie "The Wizard of Oz," Judy Garland sang the hit song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." The first verse follows: "Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high, there's a land that I've heard of once in a lullaby. Somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue, and the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true."
