The Relay is part of the Hazzard Switch as listed below. But before you go out and buy a new one, remove the old and give it a light tap. The reconnect to see if that will save you the $40 buck and a trip to the dealer. My 2004 stopped flashing and I did this and it came back to life. On my 2000 it is part of the emergency flasher. Hey Faye== It is under the dash on the left side of the steering column. Goodluck, Joe * The turn signals and emergency flashers are both controlled electronically. The module is behind the emergency flasher switch and requires partial disassemble of the dash to access it There are several screws: 2 on the ends under the fuse covers 2 on the panel under the steering wheel and 2 by the odometer Gently pull the face off the dash. Don't break off the clips. A replacement is about $40 from the dealer.

It is just behind the dash on the left side of the steering column. You will see a pink box with two relays underneath it, the square one is the horn relay, the round one is the hazard flasher. to the left of this and up, there is a clip on the side of the bracket that holds the signal flasher.

I just replaced this.It is under the dashboard to the right of the gas pedal. It is a square brown box with blue letters and numbers, be careful not to break the clip when removing it.It may be attached by a fastener so you may need a wire cutter to disengage. There is not a lot of room to work with.If your turn signals do not work try replacing this part it is about 15-20 dollars at the salvage yard. This is a cheaper solution if you're lucky otherwise try the steering column signal indicator.

It is located below and to the left of the flasher control knob. If you pull the lower dash cover on the drivers side you should be able to see it.
