I was looking at the fuse panel diagram in the Owner Guide and :
In the passenger compartment fuse panel under the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel :
F13 is a 7.5 amp fuse for audio
F11 is a 20 amp fuse for audio , Family Entertainment System ( FES )
F6 is a 20 amp fuse for audio ( subwoofer )

in the fuse box located in the passenger compartment it is fuse# 32, with a rating of 7.5 and its brown
On a 98 it is on the drivers side below the stering wheel on the left side behind a cover.
Its about the 3rd one down on the left in your fuse box under your driver's side dash.
Depending on the make/model/year, either under the driver's side dash, or behind the glove box.
fuse # 27 is a 25 amp fuse for the radio in a 2000 Ford Mustang ( fuse panel is under dash , by brake pedal )
where is the man radio fuses for 2001 Lexus Gs
The fuse that controls this is the same as the cigarette lighter fuse (15 Amp)
Blown fuse. Your brake lights don't work either.
Yes, there is a fuse for the radio, which is probably blown. It may be a combination fuse. Controlling the radio and possibly the lighter or 12V power outlet. I had the same problem in the same car trust me there is a fuse I think it is a 20 Amp fuse
Most radios have a separate fuse on the positive wire in addition to the one in the fuse panel. Probably not real hard to pull the radio out and check. The connector may have come loose on the back of the radio also.
