there is a fuse panel on the left side of the dash at about your knee level, there is a cover over it, if you pull that off and look at the back of it there should be a diagram you will have to slide the driver's seat all the way back and lay on your back. Look up and to the right and you'll see the box with the diagram. release it, remove it and the fourth fuse on the bottom from the left is a 15A. Marked "Cig" on the diagram.

Pull the black trim that goes around the radio, it just pops out..... once you get that off, then there is a couple of screws on each side of the radio (on the bracket), remove those, and just pull the radio (with brackets attached) out, then remove the brackets from either side of the radio.

Replace the bad one. that's not really going to help.... remove the cigarette lighter by pulling the trim off the radio there is a fusable link on the cigarette lighter socket itself. you can replace the socket or try to replace the fuseable link its a peice of 14 gauge aluminum wire....
