I don't know about a 2000 vito but the new ones have a fuse on the back of the radio. You have to remove the radio to get to it.

There is also a 10amp fuse in the back of the radio itself .undo two screws under radio fascia pullof fascia then undo four screws holding stereo in .my fuse had blown soon as replaced radio and heater worked
