Where is the fuse for the interior lights on a 1997 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4?

The fuse holder is on the front passengers' kick panel. it pops off with a finger pull. The fuse is a 10-amp, colored red. It is in cavity 16. A puller should be on the back side of the cover. This fuse also powers the glove box ,cargo, and dome lights
