Cars have always had some electronics. Event the very first cars have an electrical ignition system. The addition of power windows, radio, power door locks, etc came along every year. The real addition of sophisticated electronics came about with the addition of computers in cars in the late 1970s.
If you have to ask, you do not have the technical ability to do it. First you would need to get the appropriate electronics background which you do not currently have. Then you would need a source of electricity. You would need a place to put it. Finally, you would need a source of financing. When you have all that then you will not need to ask this question.
