all depends on what kind of guitar you got as theres hundreds of brands out there some say directly on the pickup like dimarzio or EMG where as others you really gotta research.

Well.....no. That guitar kit would have to have the exact same woods (and quality of that wood) for a start and I doubt you can find a guitar kit with the kind of quality woods that a 3k PRS will offer. You would have to nail other things exactly like a PRS too like finish, electronics, hardware, neck joint etc.
