What is with the talking in 'Lovebug' by the Jonas Brothers?

The talking in 'Love Bug' is supposed to represent the Jonas Brothers performing at a crowded coffee shop where no one is paying attention to what the were singing about. So they kept playing, trying to get the audiences attention, when they suddenly realized that they just had to rock out!!So, the talking at the begining of the song is just a bunch of people hanging out trying to occupy themselves before and during the performence. I got this information from the Jonas brothers new book, "Burning Up, On Tour With the Jonas Brothers".
