Chris Botti has played on two different trumpets in his professional career, his first horn was the horn he played in College and on his first two albums. This horn I now own and is in my collection. It is a Calicchio 1S2. The second horn is the one he traded for this horn and it is a 1939 Martin handcraft committee. The other person who posted who said 1939 Martin Connstellation got confussed. The connstellation is Conn and it came out in 1956, the 38B. The connstellation came in several models for both the trumpet and the cornet.
