The First Offense penalty for driving without a license in Nova Scotia is paying a fine of $285.00. The fine is paid at the Spring Garden court house either in person or by mail with a cheque. Of course, you will also not be allowed to drive your car home, but call a friend/family member who is licensed and they can come get the car for you.
