It's Echo Mountain by James King
There's no really root to American Music, either hip-hop/rap, country, rock, classic, etc.
he was actually really the moteca indian who was being killed and it the HOSTPITAL that he was dreaming of, so he was never in the hospital not a motorcyclist, instead he was actually the fugitivetrying to escape so he wouldn't be sacrificed by the aztecs..who are dumb idiots that think human sacrifice will keep the sun going when they could just freaking read some scientific books and know what the sun really is
This depends on what you are referring to - there is a book written by Neil Gaiman that will be out hopefully soon, called Who Killed Amanda Palmer?, that is filled with short stories in which Amanda dies in several ways and is, one can assume, killed by various people (we do know that one of the stories involves her going back in time and killing herself). Meanwhile, there is a Who Killed Amanda Palmer? alternate reality game (ARG) going on right now. For more information, there is the WKAP wiki at http://amandapalmer.despoiler.org or the discussion on the game at the Shadowbox, http://www.theshadowbox.net/forum/index.php?topic=5120.0 Within the ARG, we do not yet know who killed her, or if, in fact, she is even really dead (many clues seem to point to her having "disappeared" of her own accord). It is currently unknown when the game will end and if we will ever find out who killed her. In reality, however, no one killed Amanda Palmer, thankfully. She is still alive and touring.
NO, Of course not, That's just because they didnt want him on the show anymore.
Yes, Lucy really did die. Lucy was a baby of a young couple that got pregnant by mistake, and they had abortion, killing Lucy. John Cooper is talking about an abortion in the song Lucy.
Kentucky's nickname is The Bluegrass State, because of its bluegrass . Not all grass in Kentucky is bluegrass. Bluegrass grows heavily in the central part of the state, and becomes more sparse in the further areas. When you're in an area where all the grass is bluegrass, you can't tell that it's bluegrass, because it really is green. But - in parts of the state where the bluegrass is more sparse, you can look out over a grass-covered area and notice that certain patches have a blue-ish tint. Then can you really tell the difference in bluegrass and green grass. The Bluegrass State The Bluegrass State
It is not known who killed Lapu-Lapu. He was killed in the battle of Mactan and is known for killing explorer Ferdinand Magellan.

No, that was not really the motive behind the Nazi killing of the Jews.
Would the US police Force lie about killing him. His dead, they wouldn't have it all over TV if he wasn't.
they are figuring out what to do with the body, and the truth is starting to be shown of whom really killed him.

It is really hard to say as the Mongols used to have a custom of killing all the residents of a recently-occupied city
You may be thinking of The Wraith (1986). Charlie Sheen is killed in this movie and comes back as "the wraith", a guy in a motorcycle suit and helmet who drives a really cool car. The bulk of the film is dedicated to Sheen as the wraith taking revenge by killing his murderers with this car.
Yes because he got killed for killing innocent number of good guys. Megatron is no longer alive anymore and will never be revived again.
He wasn't really conquered, a lot of Romans were looking for him and he had a vile of poison in his ring so he took it instead of being killed by them.
