The SE should have a 6 cylinder if I remember but if it is a 4 cylinder, same procedure. The fuel injectors will be on one side of the engine (usually the driver's side I believe). They are fed by a fuel line that is metal with a branch to each injector. Somewhere on the metal fuel rail is a little port that can be used to bleed or test the pressure. It SHOULD be covered by a cap. On my 1991 4.0L 6 cylinder the cap is black plastic & the port is on the from of that rail on the driver's side of the engine. Without the cap it looks like a valve on the tire to add air. Fuel pressure on my 1991 4.0L is in the upper 30 lbs. - 37-38 as I remember. If you press the center, fuel will squirt out if you have pressure so be careful since gasoline can be volitile.
