I think this song non believer by la rocca means is yes maybe in your point of view hes talking about love and faith and ETC and i do believe he's talking about the same, but in my opinion i think hes mostly talking about his belief in god or w.e it is he believes in, hes asking "do you take the non believers, because I'm a non believer?"

Even though he doesn't believe in god, love or w.e, he knows its real and he knows there's a god, and with that hes asking god if he still will take him, because hes a non believer that knows there something up there, but that's just what i got from the song when listening to it. :)
