A Hat to the side, baggy pants or jeans, and a T-Shirt with some kind of saying on it. Wear a watch that's not flashy but doesnt say "Cheap". Tim's (Timberland Shoes), or some chucks. Look hip, sexy, cool, and respectful. Not "$5 Hooker"-ish. And don't look scared, they'll jump you. Peace Out!

From Philly, and regardless of what i wear when i go to a hip hop concert, black girls eye my up. its just the way it is.
Once the show starts.. no one will care who you are or what you are wearing.
These are the most important factors to keep in mind when choosing what you should wear to a concert. This is not a comprehensive list, so there may be other factors to consider such as your own personal style. Use this list to help you determine what to wear.
The venue can mean the difference when deciding what to wear to a concert, as exemplified by the Classical Music outdoors scenario. When you are going to a pop, rock, country, hip-hop, or rap concert in a stadium, you don't have to worry as much about weather, which allows you many options. Unfortunately those options aren't all good decisions.
The best bet these days for what to wear to an indoor concert is jeans and a nice looking shirt. That goes for guys and girls alike. Men can wear a button up shirt or sweater and ladies can wear anything from a nice blouse to a halter top. You don't have to worry about temperature extremes or inclement weather. People around you may get a little rowdy depending on the show, so you might want sturdy, comfortable shoes and clothing.
I would wear a Wiz Khalifa shirt with some cute shorts or skinny jeans and throw on some clean kicks like Jordans , Chuck Taylors or Vanz. To make yourself stand out more you should wear jewelry and apply make-up and your set to go.
