What are the ten largest college marching bands?

I honestly cant tell you the top ten college Marching Bands. But i can tell you that the Ohio State Marching Band is the best in the country. I believe they have 225 members in the band that all have to pass a tryout, and even after they make it in the band they all have to audition every week to be able to play in the game. 33 band members sit out each week because they werent good enough that week. I hope this helped a little bit.

#1 James Madison University with around 475 members. Others that I know of that probably fit in the top ten are Arizona State and Florida State, both with over 400 members.

I know that the Middle Tennessee State University Band of Blue has over 385 members. That would have to make it one of the top ten since even Ohio State and Penn State, Univ of Michigan, and Michigan States bands are not as large. I believe the Largest Music department is at The University of North Texas so I would also think that band would be among the 10 largest College and University marching band's.

There are many marching bands in the US that march on different competition levels. There are many high school and college marching bands as well as drum corps.
