No, not really. About the most that music can do is to suggest a scene or a series of scenes from a story, and words are usually needed to set the scene for the music. This kind of music is called program music and the scenes described as printed in program notes that go along with the music.
You can buy the sheet music at most music stores or you can check your public library for a copy of this classic music.

Well, if you can't play clarinet, and you want to play almost any song, I suggest getting a Stewart's Music clarinet music book. it will tell you fingerings, song and history about it. it is not expensive, and useful. (also, you will need a clarinet.!)

Notes in music are the little "signs" on a bar graph. They tell you which notes to play, how fast to play them, and in which order to play them. I am sure you could find lessons on how to read them on youtube.
