You need to tune your guitar in a wierd fashion: Tuning:
D
D (Tune it up to D)
D (Tune this one down)
D
D (Tune this one down also)
B (Tune This One Down too. it will be a little loose but that's how it is!) Be careful when tuning the B string up to D - it might snap. It's easy to play once you tune your guitar like this. You can also play it with standard tuning (Chords for verses are are D, Em, G, Bm, A, G) but it doesn't sound good - you need all the Ds to ring out to produce the haunting feel of the song. look on ultimate guitar.com, tab version 4 (the one with the 5 stars), to see how to play it.

The "Primary" Chords in music are the three most commonly used chords. Those are the I, IV, and V (or V7) chords. Meaning the chords that are built off of the first, fourth, and fifth degree of a scale.
When first learning how to play a guitar, the open chords are often the easiest and the closest chord to open is E. Other easy chords are A, D, F and G. These are also some of the most common chords played.
