if c(a)<c(b) or time - stamp(e) < time - stamp(e`) , then we can not tell which one are executed first , with the vector , we may able to determine the precedence.

OR

a->b implies c(a) < c(b)

but

c(a)<c(b) does not implies a -> b!!

so not a true clock !!

What can restart the statute of limitations on medical bills?

There are a number of ways to extend the statute of limitations. Any payment toward the bill will restart the clock. Any acknowledgement that the debt is owed starts the clock over. If they call and you say, "Yes, I know I owe it" you have started the clock again.

What is positive and negative trigger SR flip flop with clock input?

WHY not what positive triggering means as a signal rises from a negative potential and vice verse. R means reset whereby a state is mandated by that signal. Set is the means TO SET A FLIP FLOP to a certain condition. When S = logical '1' value, and the clock input toggles, the output (normally labelled 'Q') will be a logical '1'. when R = logical '1' and the clock input toggles, the output will become a logical '0'.

What is clock speed?

Here is a short explanation. Clock rate or clock speed is the speed at which a microprocessor (CPU) executes instructions. Clock speeds are typically expressed in megahertz (MHz) or gigahertz ((GHz). A single clock cycle (usually shorter than a nanosecond in modern non-embedded microprocessors) toggles between a logical zero and a logical one state. Is the telling of the story love is a fallacy logical?

"The Story of Love is a Fallacy" is a satirical tale that uses flawed logic and exaggeration to convey its message about the limitations of logical reasoning in matters of love. While the story itself may not adhere to strict logic, its purpose is to entertain and provoke thought rather than provide a logical argument.

What ticks but never tocks but can tock but never tick?

This is a really interesting scenario. However, the answer is a clock. It is only logical because it ticks and tocks, but not at the same time.

Does discussing an old debt with an collector restart the statute of limitations?

It can restart the clock if the debt is acknowledged. It is better not to talk to collectors and certainly not admit to owing the money.
