There is an anime called Kodocha (Kodomo no Omocha) that is similar to Gakuen Alice. Even though it doesn't contain magic. There is a girl called Kurata Sana that is like Mikan but probably more hyper. There is also a boy very like Natsume called Hayama Akito, he always ditches class and always is mean. Another is that there is a boy like Ruka called Tsuyoshi Ohki.

Sana first hated Hayama and wanted to defeat him but later they started to begin to like each other as the series progresses.

There is also another anime called Kamichama Karin.

I really like this anime, it's awfully alot like gakuen Alice and kodocha. it's about a girl like mikan-Chan...called Karin...she possess a ring with the power of the god Athena...soon she meets with her enemies and allies.
