Just because a song is called "Christian Music," does not mean that it is Christian Music. Some of what is called "Christian Music" is actually not glorifying Christ at all. Even if the words may be saying: "All glory to Jesus," the style is often saying: "Look at me; am I ever a cool person!" The message is carried more in the melody, harmony, and rhythm than in the words.

Gospel Music is a specific genre. all gospel songs have there own temp and rhythm, because they are different types. there's upbeat, worship, and slow gospel music, gospel music is its own music because it is not worldly, and has a tempo of 4/4 time. the words are usually about God's love, or what he has or will do for us as his people. Gospel music is very inspirational and spiritual.

Gospel is different because it is solely about good news. What makes Gospel is the message. Gospel is not always happy. Sometimes it is sad, but with understanding that it will be better.
