We were cleaning the radio-clock part of the concole and suddenly the radio stopped working and the clock wont stop changing minutes really fast as if your were resetting the clock to a certain time?

If you can get some compressed air, try blowing air behind the buttons to see if you can dry it. It might be damaged permanently from water/chemicals, but there's a good chance that it will be ok once it dries out.
