Not that I am aware of.

The song was originally a spliced mix created by radio program director Gary Guthrie as a going away present to his wife in response to their divorce.

The spliced version was popular enough to prompt Barbara Streisand and Neil Diamond to perform an original version of the song together.

Diamond and Streisand had then begun plans to create and star in a motion picture based on the song. However the movie was canceled when Diamond starred in a remake of The Jazz Singer and Streisand had other obligations to fulfill making it difficult to schedule a start date.

The song has been performed numerous times on television and by other performers; but I can find no information listing it on a film soundtrack.
