Bruno Mars was born(Peter Gene Hermandz) on 8th october 1985 in Honolulu,Hawaii.His father used to live in Brokllyn NY and his mother is from Philippines.His father Pete Hermandez was a percautionist and his mother bernette Hermandez was a hula dancer and a singer.bruno is one of six children and when he was two years old he started performing live on stage and was also included in his father's band "The Love Notes" which was conducted in Wakkiki.He was featured in the film Honeymoon in vegas.He used to impersoniate elvis Presely and Michael Jackson.His biggest influences and inspirations includes James Brown,Jimi Hendrix,Little Richard ,Michael Jackson and Elvis Presely. After graduating from "Roosvelt High school" at the age of 18 he moved to LA,California to persue a career in music and make his dream come true.He was signed in Motown but was fired due to his tender age and he even went for audition in American Idol but the judges told him that he moved and sung too much like Michael Jackson. He uses gamble in Las Vegas for money.After struggling for 7 years writing for other artists and singing demo's bruno met "Phillip Lawrence" and "Ari Levine" and formed there own Production Team "The Smeezingtons" and wrote Hits such as "Right round" for Flo Rida,"Nothin' on you" for B.O.B and "Billionaire"for Travie Mccoy and finally released his debut studio album"Doo Wops and Holligons" in the year 2010 and includes hits like "Just the way you are","Grenade","The lazy song" etc. And bruno was the biggest selling male artist in the world in the year 2011.
