Not 100 percent but I'd say 1723
faciebat in latin means manufactured and anno is year so the translation is manufactured in the year...
About $50
The Antonius Straduarius Cremona Faciebat Anno 1724 is a copy of the famous Antonius Stradivarius Cremona. The famous violin has many copies that are labeled with similar names to the originals.
A genuine Stradivarius cello would be worth millions, and you don't have one.

"Anno" means "In the year of" and "1723" is the year. So it all means "in the year of 1723". I think you got it of a coin. I'm 11 years old and I know.
No one can answer this except for a violin maker who is usually quite informed on these matters. The problem is that there are many fake labels even in instruments that appear to be very old. Call your local music store to find a violin maker; there are many such people.
