No, there is no girl in BVB. However, the most recent drummer, (before CC) was a girl. Her name was Sandra Alvarenga. She left in 2009 to become the drummer for a band called Modern Day Escape. All of the current members of Black Veil Brides (Andy, Ashley, Jinxx, Jake, CC) are male.
