No, Gojira is farthest from being satanic; if you would just listen to their lyrics you would find they believe in a universal 'light' so-to-speak. They are very spiritual and for the worlds environment; Gojira even makes reference to the Hindu religion, OOBE's, Chakra stages. Pretty much all the coolest things this world's inhabitants know very little of.

In other words this could mean yes. But only if you subscribe to belief that there is a Satan.

Possibly but it depends on many factors, and it depends if the members of the band are using the name for the more tame witchcraft, or if they're using it in Satanic rituals. Most likely not full out Satanism, but the members may be in possession of occult knowledge of some form because of the use of the name Marduk. Marduk is a god of sorts, and a mythological being that was talked about by the ancient Sumerians. His name does appear in the Necronomicon though, which is studied by both Wiccan/Neo-pagans and Satanists.

Of course they are very satanic and demonic, they believe in the universal light which is Lucifer/Satan who deceives people as an Angel of light, also look at their symbols, disgusting and evil.
