Of the little I know about them my only source tells me no they are apparently an easy instrument to play
yes
Ummm...oboe, ocarina, and organ. Oboe! It is a double reed instrument which I play!
In Ocarina of Time, go to the windmill in Kakariko Village. Pull out the ocarina in front of the man. He will say that the ocarina reminds him of a kid(you) who played a song and ruined the windmill. He will then teach you the strange song. When you play it, it will say you learned the song of storms and then the windmill will speed up and the guy will know you are the kid with the ocarina.
To play "Silent Night" on Smule Ocarina, first, select the song from the song list. Once the song loads, follow the on-screen notes, which indicate which holes to cover on the ocarina. Use a combination of breath control and finger placement to produce the correct pitches. Practice the transitions between notes to achieve a smooth performance.
there are lots of sites that have instructions on how to make an ocarina. Here is an example: http://www.greenverdugo.com/ocarina-making-tutorial/ocarina-making-contents.html
Ocarina
No, you cannot play as Malon in Ocarina of Time. You only play as Link.

Project64
You have to play zelda's lullaby with the ocarina. You have to play the ocarina on top of a rug which is in front of the door to Darunias room.
If you are talking about LoZ:Oot, then to open it, there are two ways: 1. On the 3DS version, you press the ocarina at the bottom left corner of your screen. 2. On the N64 version, you equip it and press the c-pad button its alligned to To PLAY the ocarina, you just follow the buttons on the screen (you can play any note, but the can only play songs you have unlocked)
Ocarina of Time was never released for PC, so most versions are likely scams or illegal.
