Yes you can unfortunately. I have to go to court and see what they say I don't think it can be more than a fine because it's something that only pertains to you if you have a provisional license so once you are 18 it doesn't matter. But then again nj is a horrible state so you never know.

In england what age are kids born 1993 allowed to drive?

The lowest age that someone in the UK can obtain a driving license is 16 with an appropriate disabled certificate. For most people, the youngest they can obtain a driving license for driving a car is when they are 17. However, they can obtain a provisional license at the age of 16. At the age of 16, one can drive a moped or learn to drive a car or motorcycle. So, someone born in 1993 would be able to obtain a provisional license in 2009 and, assuming they pass the driving tests, a full license in 2010.

A 16 year old can drive up to a 50CC with a provisional and i think a CBT, a 17 year old can drive up to a 125CC with provisional and CBT. People say putting "L" plates on the scooter replaces the need for a provisional license or CBT IT DOES NOT!!!!! most bikes can be restricted at a police station as I am lead to believe. When to notify auto insurance company son has provisional license in NJ?

Contact your agent and ask them this very question. Most all companies want to know all people who live in your household or drive your vehicles. Most of the time the company doesn't even charge you a premium until they get their permanent drivers license but you are usually expected and required to notify them of the age and license information.

Why can't you have a driver's license if you have down syndrome?

People with Down Syndrome CAN have a driver's license. Many people who live with Down Syndrome have a driver's license, and are perfectly fine drivers. Down Syndrome is not a disease, and people do not "suffer" from Down Syndrome. Down Syndrome does not prevent anybody from safely driving, going to college, owning a house, being married, having children, operating a business, or anything else.
