it weights about up to 800 pounds
Actually electric pianos did not replace acoustic pianos. There are literally millions of acoustic pianos in the united states alone, and more being bought every week. I personally see about 1000 pianos a year because I work as a piano tuner/technician. Electric pianos do come in handy for traveling to gigs, but acoustic pianos are very much alive and well.
About two thousand dollars
Depends on size, age and condition. I checked Craigslist, and there are Monarch pianos, made by Baldwin, in the $200-800 range. It's hard to sell old pianos.
YES! All pianos have brass in them.. The brass plate.. Hmm.. I think there's around 17-18 tons of pressure for all strings.. The plate is the one that is keeping them intact.

No, brass is not the same weight as iron. Brass is a copper alloy, which is generally less dense than iron. Therefore, an equal volume of brass will be lighter in weight compared to iron.

Brass is typically measured in terms of weight, and it is denser than many other metals. The weight of one brass varies depending on the system of measurement being used: in the imperial system, one brass is equivalent to 100 pounds, while in the metric system, it would be approximately 579 kg (1,277 lbs).
